Pa’Lante Resident Task Force (Contractor Position)
GWL is seeking someone who would like to make a difference in their community by joining Pa’Lante, a Resilient Corridors Resident Task Force.
You will work collaboratively with Pa’Lante members and project staff to support community engagement, Resilient Corridor planning, and the implementation of an air quality monitoring program. The project will implement three community meetings, several in-place neighborhood-based engagement projects, and a pilot Resilient Corridor project that is created from the resident engagement activities.

Groundwork Lawrence (GWL) is seeking a responsible, intelligent, creative adult 18 years or older with a passion for
working with Lawrence youth, both indoors and outdoors, to hire as a Counselor for the 2025 season.
The Senior Counselor leads service-learning instruction, guides, and supervises youth while ensuring program goals and safety regulations are met.

Groundwork Lawrence (GWL) is seeking a responsible, intelligent, creative young adult, 16 years or older with a
passion for working with Lawrence youth indoors and outdoors, to hire as a Junior Counselor for the 2025 season.
The Junior Counselor supports service-learning instruction, guides, and supervises youth while ensuring program goals and safety regulations are followed.
Summer Green Team
Groundwork Lawrence (GWL) is accepting applications for the Summer 2025 Green Team. The deadline to submit applications is May 5, 2025 at 5:00pm.
Through its education, community service, and job training programs for Lawrence youth, Groundwork Lawrence cultivates respect for the environment, social awareness, and healthy living habits, preparing young people to be future leaders in their community.
Green Team Youth Leader Positions (Full-time, Seasonal)
Groundwork Lawrence (GWL) is seeking individuals with experience in youth development to be responsible for the daily management and supervision of our 2024 Summer Green Team program crews.
Two Team Leaders are paired with a group of ten Green Team members to concentrate on one of the four focus areas described below.
Seasonal Grower – Costello Urban Farm 2025
Groundwork Lawrence (GWL) is seeking a Grower for the Urban Farm at Costello Park to develop and maintain our half-acre farm in Lawrence, MA.
The Grower is responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the farm, including watering, weeding, recordkeeping, tending to plants and grounds, and tool maintenance.
