Groundwork Lawrence is pleased to announce that the Lawrence Farmers Markets will be open for business beginning Tuesday, July 6th. This season, in addition to our market on Wednesdays at Appleton Way, we are offering new markets on Tuesdays from 4-7:30pm at the McGovern Train Station and Saturdays from 9-1 at the corner of Park and Lawrence Streets. Come check out any of our three markets to pick up fresh fruits, vegetables, breads and pies, and locally-made art and crafts. The markets are a wonderful opportunity to support local farmers while also purchasing healthy and deliciously fresh produce for you and your family!
